This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering, scraping, or any commercial exploitation of vip7 platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vip7 shall not be liable for:
vip7's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits vip7's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
vip7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or email to their registered address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.
Your continued use of the vip7 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
The date of last amendment is displayed at the top of this document. You are responsible for reviewing the current Terms regularly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the vip7 platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. vip7 commits to responding to formal written complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under vip7's operating licence. PAGCOR's decision in licensing matters is final and binding.
For disputes not subject to PAGCOR jurisdiction, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
