vip7's primary data processing infrastructure is hosted within the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to third-party service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, international cloud infrastructure providers or game studio partners — vip7 ensures that such transfers comply with Section 21 of the DPA and applicable NPC regulations, including the use of standard contractual clauses or approved transfer mechanisms.
